Emergency power control room

The MEMS 24-hour manned control room provides customers with a genuine emergency generator hire service that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This total commitment approach ensures that generator rental equipment is continually monitored, with further equipment available for dispatch should the need arise. The control room is equipped with the latest technology providing coordinators with the key information they need to ensure all generator rental equipment continues to run correctly.

Generator tracking and telemetry

Customer service is of the utmost importance at MEMS, and so the latest GPS/GPRS tracking and telemetry systems are used to provide the control room with live data on the location of all generator hire vehicles and the key status of every generator in the fleet. At a glance, the location, running status and fuel levels of each generator rental unit is displayed in real time along with numerous other alarms and warnings. All information is monitored around the clock allowing MEMS to provide a proactive, not reactive, approach to any problem that may occur.

Fuel management

When providing temporary and emergency power generator solutions, the requirement for a totally managed refuelling program is paramount. With a 24/7 fuel replenishment program in operation, MEMS ensures a continuous supply of power is maintained without customer intervention.

We achieve our excellent service levels through a unique total in-house solution. Our fleet of specialist refuelling vehicles is manned by directly employed MEMES tanker drivers, who are familiar with our equipment and your needs.

Our fleet of temporary power generators and fuel tanks is fitted with remote fuel level monitoring systems that are displayed in the 24-hour control room, ensuring that every MEMS generator hire system is operating within set fuel level parameters, alerting us of any change in status so we can initiate an immediate response.
