All of our staff are highly motivated and capable individuals who have a real desire to provide the very best in customer service. The entire ethos at MEMS is to excel and this is reflected more in our staff than anywhere else. Our staff retention ratio is very strong and we encourage both training and development of the entire team, from engineering apprentices to senior management. The board of directors like all current members have all served a minimum of ten years with the company and have active daily roles within the organisation. MEMS recognises the potential and importance of the staff to our future.
