Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £40,000 plus + car + benefits (OTE £50,000, uncapped)
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Typically, Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm
Holiday: 25 days annual leave

Customer requirements range from planned work to an industry leading 24/7 emergency response service and disaster recovery solutions.

About the role
Role summary includes playing an important role in the sales; planning; development and management of the relationship between our business and our clients.

Key responsibilities:
– Meet agreed sales targets focused on turnover and conversion ratios
– Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
– Identify opportunities in new prospective clients
– Arrange and attend client appointments
– Interact with the sales team and the rest of the workforce
– Working towards client deadlines for tender / proposal submissions
– Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and enhanced
– On call 1 week in 4 to support emergency customer requirements

Selling a premium service, you will represent the company in a professional and out going manner, portraying efficiency and quality via your excellent communication skills. You will be able to negotiate, influence and persuade clients at various levels whilst possessing a “can do” attitude.

You will have a full drivers licence (travel is a requirement); be competent within Microsoft Office and have good organisational and time management skills with an experience in selling a premium product.
