Hours: Shift: 4on 4off 7am to 7pm

About the role
We are looking for a well-organised Customer Services Coordinator to support our sales and rental teams in the successful handover and ongoing assistance with our rental solutions. This role will require good communion skills and a decision-making ability as well as strong common sense when dealing with our customers whom maybe in a disaster recovery situation. MEMS provides an industry leading service and therefore our clients expect the very best service levels available, this role will be to ensure that from initial introduction to the company though to project handover our customers feel supported and confident in the services we provide.
The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by creating quotations, handling customer enquiries, processing contractual documentation, produce internal handovers and ensure commercial compliance throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities:

• Initial point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Gaining an understanding of client’s requirements and needs
• Drafting of quotations and proposals for approval prior to submission
• Processing of customer purchase orders and the associated due diligence
• Operation of our customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Engage with colleagues to ensure client’s requirements are delivered successfully
• Answer customer queries whilst providing advice on our products and services
• Provide internal job handover reports

About you and key requirements of the role:

• General administration experience and strong computer skills (MS Office)
• General experience of sales and or customer services would be advantageous
• Strong common sense
• Proficiency in English and good numerical skills
• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication and a can-do attitude
