Title: Receptionist
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £18,720 per annum + benefits
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm (1hour lunch)

About the role
You will be the first point of call for telephone and face to face customers, clients and walk in’s whilst completing administration duties, operating the switchboard and coordinating meetings.

About you
You will have previous experience working as a receptionist with a polite telephone manner who exhibits good customer service.

You will assist with timesheet management, invoicing, maintaining of spreadsheets, data capturing, collation of management information and running errands for the business (driving licence required).

You will be competent within Microsoft Office to an intermediate level, have excellent organisational and time management skills, be confident working with numbers and have a corporate outlook.
