Salary: £22,000 TO £24,000 + benefits
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Shift: 4on 4off 7am to 7pm (48hrs per shift)

About the role
We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by creating quotations, handling customer enquiries, managing contractual documentation and ensuring we provide the very best customer experience.
You will provide support to key account managers whilst representing MEMS as the market leader in temporary power solutions. You will interact with customers and colleagues, plan and develop relationships between our business and our clients; handle enquiries and compile quotations, produce internal handovers and ensure commercial compliance throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities:
• Discussion and negotiation of client’s requirements
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Management of our customer relationship management (CRM)
• Engage with colleagues to ensure client’s requirements are delivered successfully
• Answer customer queries whilst providing advice
• Provide detailed internal job handovers
• Complete compliance audits
• Compile Disaster Recovery Plan supporting documentation

About you
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in another administrative role.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English and good numerical skills
• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

You will have a full drivers’ licence as occasional travel is required.
