About you
You will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well in a team and be physically fit.  You will also hold a full UK Driving Licence.

About the role
As a General Assistant, you will check, maintain and repair our rental equipment and accessories. You will be required to carry out general maintenance both on and off-site, assisting in keeping the yard and workshop clean and tidy.

Key responsibilities

• General maintenance duties
• General labouring duties
• Maintaining rental equipment and accessories
• Keeping the yard and workshop areas clean and tidy
• Maintaining, cleaning and general repairs on vehicles
• Assist with refurbishing equipment and vehicles
• Assist with general building work
• Assist with mechanical repairs
• Assist with generator service
• Sorting, cleaning and repairs of cable
• Assisting on-site installs/de-installs & servicing
• Driving company vehicles as the business necessitate
• Forklift truck driving (once trained)
