Supporting Demelza with a splash of colour at Mote Park
As part of its ongoing commitment to community support and charitable partnerships, MEMS Power Generation took part in Bubble Rush 2025, held on Sunday 22nd June 2025, at Mote Park in Maidstone, Kent. The event raised funds for Demelza, a charity supporting children with serious or life-limiting conditions and their families.
This year’s colourful 5k attracted hundreds of participants, including MEMS team members Emily, Leon, and Michala, who attended with their families.
MEMS has taken part in several Bubble Rush events over the years. It’s always a fun way to support an organisation doing vital work in the local community.
Well done to the team for getting involved, and to Demelza for hosting another fantastic event.
Continuing support for Demelza
MEMS has a long-standing relationship with Demelza. These events raise awareness and funding for the charity while giving the MEMS team a chance to show up locally and give back in a practical, visible way.
MEMS has previously supported Demelza by sponsoring a charity golf day at London Golf Club, volunteering to spruce up the gardens at Demelza’s Kent hospice, running donation drives through an on-site container at our Kent HQ, and contributing time at the Demelza warehouse to help sort and distribute items to their 29+ charity shops across the South East.
